Alzheimer's Charity Ride
Hi,
After a poignant post message by my brother on Facebook I have decided to do my next challenge here in Wales raising awareness of the ever increasing numbers of people diagnosed with Alzhemier's which affected my family when my dad passed away, not knowing where he was or who we were...terrible thing to see...so emotional!

JUST GIVING
The challenge is a 150 miles ride from Rossett to Bangor returning to the finish at Holt. I will be supported by 2 'bike marshalls' who regular support major sporting events around the country keeping the roads safe for competitors. Also, along for sup port will be a support car carrying all the necessary equipment and nutrition to complete this tough challenge.

***There will also be a competition for all those who donate £5 or more. All you need to do is guess how long the ride will take me to the very second. The closest 3 people will each earn prizes...more on this to follow>>

Mallorca Classic Training Camp 2017
Poco Loco Cycling would like to welcome all returning and new riders to the 6th edition of the Mallorca Classic Training Camp.
Please find the the following riders confirmed to-date:
Important: As soon as you can please can you let me know the exact dates, number of nights and type of room you require and whether you want to pre-block it?
5 Nights package:
Single H/B = £275 pp**
Twin H/B = £230 pp**
7 Nights package:
Single H/B = £385 pp**
Twin H/B = £320 pp**
10 Nights package:
Single H/B = £550 pp**
Twin H/B = £450pp**
** includes half-board:
> breakfast and eveining meal
> bike washing and storage facilities
> local tourist tax
Bike hire is once again available from Rolando at Sport Bequi:
Wilier GTR Carbon (XS, S, Med, Lge, XL)
5 days = £90
7 days = £110
9 days = £125
10 days = £135
£100 deposit to be paid by December 1st.
To request a room to be blocked a prepayment of 30% will be made (non-refundable)

Mallorca Classic Training Camp 2016
Hi Guys,
Hope your training has been going to plan and that you are looking forward to some warm weather riding over some of the best roads in Europe!
I'm due to leave for Mallorca in a little over 2 weeks and i would like to get all balance payments received by the end of next week. All information related to how much you need to finalise your balance can be found on both the main website and blog!
Important items to remember to bring >>
- Travel insurance
- Helmet (on the spot fine if caught not riding with one)
- Shoes
- Pedals
- Saddle (only if you have a preference for you own)
- Good legs ;-)

Hi guys,
Thank you to all who have confirmed their attendance for the Mallorca Classic Training Camp 2016.
A little more info to ensure everything runs smoothly so all you will have to worry about is the riding!
Please find the following pricing for the bike hire:
4 Days = £65
5 Days = £75
6 Days = £85
7 Days = £100
10 Days = £120
Please forward to same account with reference: Initials 16 (Ex. ng16)
**Optional Insurance can be brought at he shop**
Don't forget to bring the following:
Pedals
Helmet
Own saddle (optional)
After looking at the rider list there will definitely be 2 maybe 3 groups...A, B, and C
These groups will obviously vary in speed with A group averaging 30-40 kmph depending on the terrain; B group will average between 26-32 kmph with C group mainly for riders who are either just starting out in cycling or who wants a nice leisurely pace.
**With the help of Mark Bond and Fraser Crewe a provisional group list has been made**
